 Smart MenopauseÂ
A science-informed, five-part series designed to help professionals navigate perimenopause and menopause with clarity, confidence, and sustainable strategies for work and life.
Smart Menopause is a 5-part series, presented by EsquireWell’s team of experts, designed to help professionals navigate the physical and mental shifts of perimenopause and menopause with clarity and confidence. The series begins with our popular Navigating Menopause at Work interactive talk. The remaining sessions focus on four essential pillars—Smart Nutrition, Smart Sleep, Smart Fitness, and Smart Stress—offering science-informed tools to steady energy, improve focus, and strengthen both body and mind. Attendees will learn simple, sustainable strategies they can apply immediately to feel more balanced, strong, and clear in both work and life.
Part 1: Navigating Menopause at Work
Perimenopause and menopause can disrupt focus, memory, mood, and energy in the middle of client demands and heavy caseloads. Common symptoms such as brain fog, joint stiffness, hot flashes, sleep disruption, weight changes, fatigue, and irritability can quietly erode performance and confidence.
Led by Cara Bradley, this interactive session explains the physiology behind these shifts and translates the science into evidence-based tools to stay steady and effective. Participants learn practical tactics to support focus, stress, and sleep; create a discreet symptom plan for long days and travel; and identify resources that support performance and well-being. They leave with clear, action-oriented next steps to take charge of their changing body and mind, sustain steady energy, and feel more confident at work and at home.

We’ll also cover travel-proof routines to stay balanced on the road. Leave with practical ways to fit movement into a busy life that supports your changing mind and body.
