Yes! Kendra presents to organizations nationwide, both virtually and in person. Wherever your team is located, we’ll find the best way to connect.

Yes. Recordings are available for an additional fee.

Many of our programs qualify for CLE credit in most jurisdictions. We provide all required materials (program descriptions, timed agendas, learning objectives, and speaker bios) to support your firm’s CLE application. While we don’t submit applications directly, we work closely with your CLE administrator to ensure they have everything needed for a smooth approval process.

There’s no strict limit on attendees. Most sessions work well with groups of any size. For interactive workshops, smaller groups often allow for deeper engagement and more meaningful discussion. Kendra will collaborate with you to determine the ideal structure and group size to meet your goals and ensure every program is thoughtfully designed and impactful.

Yes! We’re happy to do both. Kendra regularly presents to entire organizations as well as smaller teams, departments, and practice groups. We’ll work with you to determine the best format and audience size to meet your goals and create a meaningful experience for your colleagues.

Pricing & Engagements

For most programs, the investment remains the same regardless of group size. The preparation and delivery time are similar whether the audience is ten or a hundred, so we keep our fee structure consistent.

Consulting partnerships typically span 6 or 12 months, depending on your organization’s goals and priorities. Longer engagements allow us to support implementation and measure results over time.

Virtual and in-person engagements are priced differently, with in-person events being higher to reflect the additional time required for travel and logistics. Clients also reimburse travel expenses for in-person events. That said, both formats deliver the same high-quality, engaging experience for your audience, and we are happy to work with you to find the option that fits your needs and budget best!

Coaching & Customization

Our one-on-one coaching is designed for legal professionals who want to perform at a high level without burning out in the process. We work with attorneys and leaders at every stage - from new associates finding their footing to managing partners navigating complex teams.

Yes, all of our coaches are accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

 

All coaching engagements have an initial term during which we work on clearly identified goals. Many clients choose to continue coaching and purchase additional sessions, while others feel complete at the end of their initial coaching package. We work to empower our clients with the tools they need to thrive. Some clients complete their initial sessions, take a step back from coaching to implement what they've learned, and come back to us when they feel they need additional coaching support. Whatever you need, we are here for you!

 

No, definitely not. Typically, our clients are not in crisis, but they are proactively building skills to help prevent a crisis. They usually have an area of growth on which they would like to focus, and many times they identify other areas of growth as their self-awareness increases through coaching.

 

Yes! Your sessions are completely confidential with your coach. If your employer is paying for your coaching, we only share that you have been meeting with your coach and the number of sessions used - nothing substantive.
