Happy New Year, and welcome to 2023!

I always get so excited at the beginning of the year. It feels like such a clean start and full of promise and opportunity. Of course, every day can be a fresh start, but there is something powerful about the start of a new year.

This month, we will be focused on building new habits so that you can reach your goals. This seems particularly appropriate for the new year since maybe you’ve just set some New Year’s resolutions that you would like to achieve. But these tools will also serve you any time you set a new goal throughout the year, at annual evaluation time – whenever!
